Malibu Renewables delivered a 750.20 kW rooftop solar solution for KHS Machinery, engineered for performance, safety, and future scalability of 250 kW. To protect the existing roof shed, column-less solar structures were welded onto the existing truss system, ensuring zero roof damage. The project also included a hanging walkway designed with comprehensive safety measures, along with the creation of cable trenches and chambers from scratch to accommodate solar cabling and reserve space for the client’s future requirements.

GM Syntex
Malibu Renewables executed a large-scale 3,000 kW rooftop solar installation for GM Syntex, delivering the project with exceptional speed and precision. The system is expected to generate an average of 3.32 lakh kWh per month, resulting in a carbon dioxide offset of approximately 59,000 metric tons—equivalent to planting nearly 10,00,000 trees. The entire project was completed within a record 90-day execution timeline, reflecting Malibu Renewables’ ability to deliver complex, high-capacity solar projects efficiently.

The project involved extensive pre-solar infrastructure work, including nearly 25 tons of steel structuring and the replacement of 70,000 sq. ft. of shed area prior to installation. Completed within a record timeline of just 72 days, Malibu Renewables was also entrusted with post-commissioning services to ensure consistent performance and optimal energy generation.
